## Pre-Order & Salam Policy

 products on this website are sold as pre-orders under a Salam (advance purchase) agreement.  
We do not keep these products in stock. They are sourced from our trusted suppliers after you place your order.  

Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout

You will receive tracking information once your order ships.  

If we cannot deliver within the promised timeframe, you may choose to:  
- Accept a revised delivery date, or  
- Cancel your order and receive a full refund.  

If you choose a refund, the order will be cancelled and no product will be sent.

Refunds are processed promptly after cancellation.
